Q: Diet pills?
I bought diet pills called 'Metabo Extreme', and it says on the pack to take them twice daily with meals and not to take after 4pm. I have a few questions...
* Why can't you take them after 4pm?
* Can you take two at the same time?
* Can you overdose on diet pills, like if I took 3 a day instead of 2?
Thanks x
A: Call the company or your doctor and ask.
FYI...diet pills don't work.

What Diet Pills Do You Sugest Are Good For You.?

I Know None Are Good But I Mean Work Good And That Lol'ss
A: They are all crap, besides you're not even overweight.
Q: What diet pills work from your own experience ?
I'm looking to boost my weight loss effort with some diet pills so I would like to know what diet pills you have tried and work.
Please don't post to say that diet pills are bad etc. becasue I'm using the the pills along with exercise and healthy eating.
Also, please don't post about diet pills that don't work, I only want to know the ones that work.

I am using the weight loss accelerator Max WLX.
PS I have lost a total of 2 inches off my chest and waist, 1 inch off my arms and thighs.
Q: What are the best diet pills that actually work for weight loss?
I would also like to know about diet pills that are healthy, I mean kind to the body but actually work. Has anyone got any tried and tested diet pills that they can recommend? Thks!
A: I did the Atkins diet for 2 weeks and lost a stone, but the best - and safest way to loose weight is to drink loads of water and excersise (go for a walk or do extra house work, I did and it works!) I found it hard to keep to at first, but now i feel great and my skin looks really fresh. In six months I've gone from a size 14 to a size 10. Give it a try and in six months you'll be looking and feeling great!
Q: What fat burning/diet pills are safe to use along with exercise?
I understand a lot of people say that it's pathetic to take diet pills or fat burning pills without exercise because most of it is made of caffeine. I am 17 years old and I play football, I want to really reduce my body fat percentage. I have been gaining weight because I have an ankle injury and I cannot exercise on it a lot. I want to use a safe supplement in small portions to help me achieve my goals.
A: Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.
Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace.com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It's really great to stop food cravings.
Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.
Q: What diet pills will help me lose weight quickly and efficiently?
Hi,
I am trying to look somewhat slimmer for school, but even though I've been dieting I haven't lost very much weight. Has anybody tried any diet pills that work quickly and efficiently?
A: Ok let me just let u know. Diet pills or easy to do home work outs do NOT work good at all. Only reason why on t.v. people are trying to sell these so called miracle pills that will make u lose weight for good w/ out doing nothin is because "easy to do" advertises better than hard work exersice.
If u want to lose weight and slim up, u have to put in the effort. You need to eat right, exersice and if ur in sports, make sure u rest. To eat right, put away the chips and dip, and start eating more fruits and vegeis.
Now that doesn't mean eat more food, u need to replace the junk food w/ healthier meals.
Now, to make sure u lose weight, u need to burn more calories than u consume. About 2000 calories a day is good place to eat around.
Running is probably the most popular way to exersice, but it may eventually get boring. so try and make ur work out fun. Join sports, play tennis, basketball, soccer, baseball, with ur freinds and just have fun.
Q: What are some safe or safer diet pills that work?
I have tried everything to lose weight and I just can't seem to loose. I've been on diet after diet and nothing. I want to try diet pills and see if maybe that will jump start my weight loss. I have been to see my doctor and they have ran tests and can find no reason why I can't lose weight. I try to limit fat and calories and I do cardio for 45 min every other day. Ideally the diet pill would help curb hunger and give more energy but really any one that's safe and effective I'm willing to try.
A: Acomplia is very good. my sister takes it with great results.
You can try to order it online.
From my past experience -
I have ordered only viagra and cialis on the net so far from a few good pharmacies, but they have other meds as well including Acomplia, so may be you could check them out.
The only problem with buying meds online was that there are so many sh..ty places all over the net that you can easily get lost and get ripped in the end.
you must be very careful if you choose to order meds over the net. a good source for ed meds like viagra cialis levitra is http://www.viagrausers.1rx.biz . it is not an online pharmacy but an online community of viagra cialis and levitra users, the site also has got price comparison of cheapest and trusted online pharmacies. From the price tables I prefer v-medical myself.
Q: Are there any diet pills out there that will actually work?
I am a 19 year old girl in college, I work out regularly, and eat as healthy as I can. I know that diet pills aren't necessarily healthy but I want to help my weight loss process with a kick start kind of thing. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to what type of diet pills work, and it dexatrim (sp?) or hydroxycut are terrible for your body! Thanks a bunch!
A: Don't use diet pills. They are a waste of space, time, effort, and money. Just change your eating habits- limit your calories, stop eating fast foods, junk foods, processed foods, starchy foods like potatoes and corn, bread, rice, and cakes, cookies, pies, etc, and foods with preservatives like corn syrup, MSG, high fructose corn syrup, trans fats, etc, and also stick to a workout schedule of getting 30 min cardio per day, and with time the fat will be burned off. BUT be patient- real results take time!!
Q: What diet pills work the best for energy and weight loss?
I have tried SO many, and I can't tell the differance. I want to know your opinion, if you have taken diet pills and know they work. Thanks!
A: Ashley,
To be completely honest, diet pills do not work. I too have tried every diet pill, every diet shake, every diet plan that is on the market, and the only thing that worked, without draining me financially, was healthier eating, light exercise, and daily walks.
I was having health issues, because I was gaining weight, but not really getting "fat". I had become violently ill, to the point of basically becoming bedridden. The doctors could not figure it out. After several months of tests, and numerous trips to the doctors offices, they did an EKG (echocardiogram) and found that I had fat on my liver. The fat cells were attaching to my internal organs instead of showing on the outside, and it was causing my liver to malfunction and could cause it to completely shut down if I do not lose the fat.
I tried everything. I tried every diet plan imaginable.
Here is what worked:
Eating food!!
I began to eat for my breakfast healthy cereal, with skim milk. One bowl a day, along with a nice tall glass of orange juice. For lunch, I would eat a couple slices of wheat bread toasted, and a glass of orange juice or skim milk, or other juice (apple juice, grape juice, etc.) For supper, I would make a HUGE salad, with lowfat dressing.
Every other day I would have the salad for supper, but on days I did not have the salads, I would make healthy meals-- I switched from using ground beef to ground turkey (alot less fat), and would make meals that had long grain brown rice, and chicken in it, with lowfat sauces over it. I also have increased my intake of steamed vegetables-- something that is relatively cheap, yet high in vitamins, that I buy in bulk at Sam's Club.
In between all that eating, I would take a nice steady paced (not fast, but brisk) walk around my neighborhood for about a half hour to hour. I also, while watching TV, would hook my feet under the edge of the couch while commercials were on, and do a few sit ups. I consider myself VERY lazy, so it was great-- fast, yet did not make me break a sweat
What that did was tone up the flab, a little at a time, with very little effort. The walking burnt calories, and strengthened and toned my muscles. And the change in eating habits changed my life.I have been steadily loosing weight, and actually keeping it off.
Diet pills DO make you lose weight, but cost too much, and you have to continue to take them long term to keep the weight off, and you have to take suppliments (like "One A Day Plus Iron") iin order to get the proper nutrition in your system. It is much cheaper, and much safer, and way far easier to eat your way to skinny, by eating healthier foods, lowfat foods.
It worked for me, and I now have more energy, look much better (I was beginning to look worn and ragged, but now look younger and healthier), and sleep much better. I have found that diet pills were not the answer, but rather a change in what I eat, and actually taking a few small steps to be more active was all it took to get the weight off and keep it off.
So my advice is this:
Do not use diet pills, but rather try new eating habits-- I can eat as much as I want now (healthier foods, and lowfat foods) and am still losing weight.
I feel your pain with weight loss issues-- been there, done that, and the best way to have high energy and loses weight is the eat right, sleep regular hours (at least 8 hours a night), and watch the pounds melt off, and the energy levels rise.
Good luck.
Q: What is the best diet pills to loose 20 pounds?
I want to loose weight of 20 pounds. Don't tell me do exercise and eat good food. I want just good diet pills that had worked for you.
A: I know you don't want this answer, but there is no magical pill to lose weight.
It's simple science. You have to burn more than you take in. Your options are taking in less (diet), or burning more (exercise), or a combination of both.
Q: How much money does it take to make diet pills compared to the price of buying them?
I'm writing an essay about diet pills and wondering how much money does it take to make diet pills compared to the price of buying them. Cite sources please ?
A: its not practical and in many cases can just end up being more expensive
Q: What are some good diet pills for people with a small heart murmer?
I obviously can't take Hydroxycut, but I want to know what diet pills you have used and saw success. I've tried those Hoodia pills, the green capsules that come in the gold box, but those were a joke. I used to use a kind from Twin Lab that gave me great energy and suppresed my appetite, but made my shaky. I wanted to try something new that has worked for other people. Any diet pill suggestions? (that arent' too expensive)
A: Don't do diet pills. They simply don't work. Save your money;
Weight loss is all about food choices, portion control and getting enough exercise to burn off the calories you consume so they don’t get stored as fat. Make sure you eat breakfast - most important meal of the day and it jump starts your metabolism. Eat six small meals during the day like this: Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Eat lean meats like chicken with skin removed, (white meat only), fish, lean beef, cottage cheese is a really great protein also (1%) Eat lots of vegetables and at least 3 fruits per day. Avoid potatoes, white bread and sugar. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Cut out processed foods.
* Watch the sugary beverages. Instead, drink water, non-fat milk and zero-calorie beverages.
* Slow down -- when you eat too fast you will eat too much.
* Choose broth-based soups, such as chicken broth, with lots of vegetables over cream soups.
* When you go out to eat, take half of your meal home.
* Keep a bowl of fresh fruit on the kitchen counter instead of a jar of cookies.
* Don't skip meals -- you will just get too hungry and eat too much at the next meal.
* Add one cup of chopped vegetables to your favorite soup or pasta meal.
* Don't keep high-calorie snacks in the house -- buy fresh vegetables and fruits, low-fat yogurt, and enjoy air-popped or light popcorn.
* Keep track of calories – write down everything you eat
* Get moving – walk at a brisk pace for at least 30 minutes or run every day to burn calories.
Q: How do diet pills actually work?
How do diet pills work or does its job when it goes into our bodies, to make us "lose" weight? Are there side effects and is it harmful to our bodies? It sounds to good to be true because by just taking a pill and losing weight from it.
A: ephedra used to work before they pulled it from the market because it was essentially speed so it gave you a lot of energy and boosted your metabolism and made you not hungry. But it caused a lot of heart problems in people.
the new fat-blocker alli works by blocking fat, but that means that if you eat too much, your poop is so oily that you have anal leakage. which is disgusting and embarassing.
and all the other crap on the market is just that...crap that doesn't work. the only way it works is through the placebo effect and the power of postive thinking. they're basically a multivitamin and a caffeine pill.
Q: Is there any diet pills that realistically work with excsersize?
Is there any diet pills that realistically work with excsersize?
A: yes hydroxycut is good also is stacker2 and the best 'legal' ones ive had is hot-rox. you can get something stronger and fat will melt off you but depending on where your from could be illegal to buy. im currently taking an E.C.A stack which i suppose isnt really legal in some countries but i have to say, after using this i will never use any other product other than this. its the ultimate!!!!!!!!!!!
Q: What are some diet pills that work without diet or exercise?
What are some diet pills where I can lose about 10-15 lbs a week that dont require a lot of exercise or diets?
A: No diet pill is safe because diets are not healthy. Just eat right, exercise and don't be lazy about it. If you lose 15 pounds for the week you need it and eat the same crap you always eat the week after, you will put it back on. What's the use of that? Make it a health issue not just a "look good for now" issue.
