I remember a couple of years ago they took ephedra out of stores but can you still buy it online somewhere. If so,where?
A: anywhere. Just google ephedra for sale. I wouldn't recommend it though. Try googling "ephedra death" and you may find some cases of people dying from it.
It may help you in the short term, but sometimes these diet products are causing kidney, liver, heart damage...

A: You must be really careful, especially when phentermine has become a highly controlled drug and it is actually illegal to sell it online. There is nothing wrong with phen if you get it with a prescription from your doc. Also there are some non-controlled meds that you can still get online and get the real deal, but I personally think that 99% of the pharmacies pushing phen online are scams

The decision specifically questioned the ability of the FDA to ban ephedra completely without conclusively demonstrating danger at low doses .
Although most evidence around the risks associated with ephedra use is based on higher doses or combination use with caffeine, a universal ban was implemented by the FDA, as it would be unethical to conduct human studies of lower doses in order to establish safety. Therefore, Judge Campbell felt there is inadequate safety data at lower doses. "

The reason that Ephedra was banned was because several deaths occurred that could be linked to ephedra. for lack of a better term, the FDA started a witch hunt to get ephedra pulled from the shelves. The fact of the matter is that over the 10 year span that ephedra was on the market, the FDA was only able to try and blame ephedra for about 150 deaths. Compare that to over 650 deaths that occur each year from Tylenol!
