Q: How can I get pills with Ephedra?
I have been looking online trying to find a place where I can buy diet pills with ephedra, but it's very difficult. I actually found one site, but the said they could not mail to California. Does anyone know where I can find it? Please tell me sites you have used to buy it.
*Please don't answer me telling it's dangerous. There are much worse things out there that the government hasn't banned. Irresponsible people who took over the recommended dose caused it to be outlawed.

A: Ephedra was removed from the market because of all the harmful side effects. (Heart palpitations, sweating, nausea, etc.)
As for it being effective as a weight-loss drug, that was nonsense. I took it once and it made me so sick I never touched another ephedra.

A: Be careful-- I took this and it helped me lose weight but it caused my thyroid to stop working. I have to take medicine everyday (for the rest of my life) to replace these hormones.

A: Don't take them. They're extremely dangerous. They can harm you if you have high blood pressure and even if you don't. I tried it once and I'll never forget how they made me feel. I have normal blood pressure, I took the recommended dose and had the 'shakes' for hours. When I tried it again, I took 1/2 the normal dose and still had the same reaction. My whole body was shaking, I couldn't hold a glass, type on the computer, etc. There's a reason ephedra comes with a warning...it's simply too dangerous.
If that doesn't do it for you, any weight loss achieved rapidly will be gained back quickly and then some when you stop taking the pills.
Just keep up your exercise and if you're looking for weight loss, decrease your calories a bit at a time until you begin losing weight while not starving yourself.

Q: What is the diffence between a cup of coffee and the ephedra free caffine pills (stackers)?
A: Personally, diet pills scare me. I just stay away from stuff like that, as I've heard more negetive than postive. Also, caffeine is natural. I drink organic Fair Trade coffee and am not worried about from where it comes, what's in it (it's just ground up coffee beans), etc. Also, there is a good article in the September 2007 issue of "Body and Soul" magazine on the possible health benefits of coffee. To me, coffee is as much of a necessity as fruits and veggies and my favorite whole wheat bread and natural peanut butter.

A: seriously, b-vitamins, you need to take the whole complex, not just one or 2 of them. take one when you wake up, and one around noon, if you take them any later, you'll be up all night. Poor quality ginseng will also give you a buzz, and you won't crash too hard on it...but the b-vitamins are much better for you
